At C's Tire & Lube Shop, LLC, we are committed to providing quality automotive services. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to customer satisfaction and refunds.
Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Review your concerns thoroughly
- Re-inspect the work performed
- Make corrections if needed at no additional charge
- Work with you to resolve the issue fairly
Parts and Materials
For parts and materials purchased through our shop:
- Defective parts will be replaced under manufacturer warranty
- Unused parts may be returned within 30 days with receipt
- Special-order parts are generally non-refundable
- Core charges will be refunded upon return of old parts
Completed Services
Once a service has been completed and you have taken possession of your vehicle:
- Labor charges are generally non-refundable
- We will correct any errors or defects in our work at no charge
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Warranty Coverage
Our workmanship is backed by a warranty period. During this time:
- We will repair or re-perform services at no charge if issues arise
- Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear
- Warranty may be void if unauthorized repairs are made
Cancelled Appointments
For scheduled appointments:
- No charge for cancellations made 24 hours in advance
- Deposits for special services may be non-refundable
- We will work with you to reschedule when possible
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about charges or services:
- Contact us immediately to discuss the issue
- We will review your concern and service records
- We strive to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly
- Written documentation may be required for formal disputes
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the following situations:
- When customer-supplied parts are used
- When vehicle has pre-existing conditions
- When additional damage is discovered during service
- When customer declines recommended repairs
Processing Refunds
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive confirmation once processed
